A soft white shine that resists tarnishing and keeps your piece radiant with everyday wear.
Hypoallergenic, safe for sensitive skin, nickel-free, and timeless in tone.
- Gold Vermeil (2.5 Micron Gold Plating)
A thicker, longer-lasting layer of real gold over solid sterling silver. Offering durability, warmth, and a rich, elegant glow. (More durable and meaningful than standard gold plating.)
Also Hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive skin and nickel-free.

As each piece is made to order with love and care, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for crafting and delivery. We truly appreciate your patience as we take the time to ensure every detail is perfect.

Our production timelines include both crafting and delivery. The estimated total time from the date your order is placed is
- Stainless Steel Pieces: Approx. 3 – 4 weeks
- Sterling Silver Pieces: Approx. 4 – 6 weeks
- Solid Gold & Diamond Pieces: Approx. 8 – 12 weeks

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post.
PROCESSING & CRAFTING TIMES
- Once your order is placed, our team will review your details on the same day.
- If everything is correct, your piece will enter production on the next business day.
- If we require clarification, we will contact you using the email provided.
Crafting Time by Collection:
- Stainless Steel: 10 – 15 business days
- Sterling Silver: 3 – 4 weeks
- Gold & Diamond: 6 – 10 weeks
Design Proofs (OPTIONAL)
For personalised pieces such as name necklaces or wedding bands, you may request to preview your design before production begins.

TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
For orders shipped outside Australia, the receiver is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Please check your local customs regulations before placing your order.
CONDITION OF GOODS
All items are quality-checked and securely packaged before dispatch.
You may request a pre-shipment photo of your finished piece.
However, TÉI Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transit by the courier.
