Welcome to TÉI Jewellery.
By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are intended to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency for both you and TÉI Jewellery.

1. About TÉI Jewellery

TÉI Jewellery is an independent, small-batch jewellery brand based in Australia. All pieces are thoughtfully designed in Australia and produced in collaboration with our trusted artisan partners. Each finished piece is carefully inspected and shipped from our Melbourne studio.

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our jewellery, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur and are considered part of the character of handmade jewellery.

2. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products under these Terms & Conditions.
An order is considered accepted once:

  • We confirm the order via email, or

  • Production of your piece has commenced

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected misuse.

3. Made-to-Order & Personalised Pieces

Most TÉI Jewellery pieces are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer.

Please ensure all personalisation details, sizing, and shipping information are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Design Proofs (Optional)

For selected personalised pieces, you may request a design proof prior to production. Proofs are provided within 1–3 business days upon request and must be approved before production begins.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Prices may change without notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Production & Timeframes

Production timelines vary by material and design complexity. Estimated timeframes include both crafting and delivery and may be affected by peak seasons, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier services.

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

7. Quality Control & Warranty

Every piece is quality-checked before dispatch.

All TÉI Jewellery pieces come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing faults under normal wear.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper care, or unauthorised repairs.

8. Jewellery Care

Proper care is essential to maintaining your jewellery. Care instructions are provided with each order and are also available on our Jewellery Care Guide page.

Damage caused by improper care is not covered by warranty.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of TÉI Jewellery and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TÉI Jewellery is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under applicable consumer laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
