The Journey of Your Piece

At TÉI Jewellery, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted just for you.

Our production timelines include both crafting and delivery.
The estimated total time from the date your order is placed is:

  • Sterling Silver Pieces: Approximately 4–6 weeks

  • Solid Gold & Diamond Pieces: Approximately 8–12 weeks

🇦🇺 Shipping Within Australia

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post.

Shipping Rates

For orders $200 AUD and above

  • Standard Shipping: Free

  • Express Shipping: $10 AUD

For orders below $200 AUD

  • Standard Shipping: $8 AUD

  • Express Shipping: $12 AUD

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Processing & Crafting Times

Once your order is placed:

  • Our team reviews your order on the same day

  • If all details are confirmed, your piece enters production on the next business day

  • If clarification is required, we’ll contact you via the email provided at checkout

Crafting Time by Collection

  • Sterling Silver Jewellery: 3–4 weeks

  • Gold & Diamond Jewellery: 6–10 weeks

Please note that crafting times may vary slightly depending on design complexity and production volume.

Design Proofs (Optional)

For personalised pieces such as name jewellery or wedding bands, you may request a design proof before production begins.

  • Design proofs are provided within 1–3 business days

  • Production will begin after design confirmation (if requested)

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your delivery journey.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside Australia:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient

Please check your local customs regulations before placing your order, as these fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Condition of Goods

  • All items are quality-checked and securely packaged before dispatch

  • You may request a pre-shipment photo of your finished piece prior to delivery

While we take every care in packaging your jewellery, TÉI Jewellery cannot be held responsible for damage caused during transit by the courier.
